June 22, 2011 Wednesday:
8 a.m. Ambassador and Advisor meeting
9 a.m. New Ambassador Interviews
10 a.m. Hospitality Booth all day (Oklahoma and Texas)
11 a.m. All cattle must be in place. Ambassadors will have an informal meeting with the exhibitors Scavenger Hunt Rules explained. Ice breaker
12 p.m. Lunch and Check - in
3 p.m. Team Fitting
6 p.m. Opening Ceremonies Dance to follow for a couple of hours.

June 23, 2011 Thursday:
7 a.m. Ambassador and Advisor meeting
9 a.m. Photos is Place
9 - 12 p.m. Public Speaking Contest
10 - Hospitality Booth All day (Kansas and Nebraska) Lunch
1 – 2 p.m. Sales Contest
3 p.m. Herdsman Quiz
8 p.m. Pool Party at OSU Family night

June 24, 2011 Friday:
7 a.m. Ambassador and Advisor meeting
8 a.m. Livestock Judging
10 a.m. Hospitality Booth all day (Iowa, Illinois, Indiana)
11 a.m. Showmanship Contest Lunch
1 p.m. Futurity Show
2 p.m. Tour of Reproductive Enterprises, Inc/Tour of OSU for anyone interested in a college visit
6:30 p.m. Awards Banquet & Auction for 2012 Show. Don’t forget to bring a basket from your state to be auctioned.

June 25, 2011 Saturday:
Breakfast and Lunch will be on the grounds
9 a.m. All exhibitors to the Show ring for a group photograph, in your show shirt.
9:30 a.m. Show Starts Steers Bred & Owned Bulls Bred & Owned Heifers Owned Heifers

We are excited to announce we have several great items that will be auctioned off at the banquet on Friday night.

Facilities Here are a few pictures of the facilities so you can plan your stalls/setups. There will be plenty of room to tie to trailers at night if you like or you can use the provided tie outs. Also, Oklahoma has been unseasonably warm so don't forget your fans!
